A Graduate in Psychology with an MBA (HR), having 19+ years of experience in multiple areas such as learning and development, talent management, employee relations, HR operations, one to one mentoring, survey administration, and event management.

Anubhav has a diversified work experience across multiple industries such as Banking, BPO, KPO, Information Technology & Training Services and a recipient of the prestigious Most Exemplary HR Practice Award from National HRD Network in 2014. Instrumental in designing an on-boarding process which is structured and engaging in nature and has developed English language SWOT framework that propels to unearth the underdeveloped and developed areas that needs attention.

  • Designed, developed and facilitated more than 2000 hrs of training on Communication Skills, Team Work, Confidence Building (Can Do) & Mock Interviews covering about 1300 participants.
  • Adept at mentoring and providing guidance to disengaged employees. Invested considerable time and effort during my tenure with a software company to embed the process as a part of team and HR culture.
  • One of the strength is evaluating and assessing training and development needs of an organisation and presenting customized plans to address these effectively. Have been instrumental in the delivery of soft-skills training and developing positive attitude and professional skills for employees, graduate and undergraduate students through one to one mentoring and mock interviews.
  • Contributed in designing an on-boarding process that is structured and engaging in nature. Its success was measured through the periodic health calls (one-on-one scheduled session with the new joinees).
  • Aided in executing a unique learning intervention model called ‘Gurukul’ that focused on experiential learning for the target audience.
