Prof. Anurag Garg is Associate Professor – Supply Chain Management in SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies,Navi Mumbai. He has over 32years’ experience in various industries like Telecom, Logistics, and Industrial products. He has gained expertise in fields of supply chain Management, Sales, Operations, Strategy Management and Business Excellence.

He has worked with TATA Teleservices for over 8 years in different roles, and was COO for West Bengal telecom Circle. Subsequently he was VP – Regional Head for West, in Deccan Cargo and Express Logistics Pvt Ltd. While working with the TATA Group, he has also been a Senior Assessor of Malcolm Baldridge Business Excellence Model, and implemented Quality tools like Balanced Score Card, Six Sigma.
