He is trained and certified on Competency Modelling and Competency Mapping by SHL and CII. He has also been trained and certified to conduct Assessment Development Center by XLRI. He has been conducting Assessment and Development Centers for various large corporate houses.

He is trained on Strategic Thinking by IIM, Indore. He is also trained and certified as Strategy Consultant by IIM, Bangalore. He helps organizations on Strategic Planning and Balanced Score Card implementation.

Dr Shrivastav is a versatile professional with over 3 decades of rich work experience in various business areas like Technology, Field Service, Customer Care, Sales, COO, HR, Training and Leadership Development. Post his services with Indian Air Force, Dr Shrivastav has worked in various corporate houses like Modi Xerox, Redington India and Tata Teleservices in various roles, and in various geography. A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering with MBA in Sales and Finance, Dr Shrivastav developed new competencies and acquired in-depth knowledge by completing Diploma in Leadership and Doctorate in Behavioral Science. With Fellowship in Strategic OD as a feather in his cap, he has been doing various OD intervention across different organizations.
